Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide it will have no consequences. This applies only to the extent that no other indication is made in the subsequent processing operations.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Use of page insights
We use the "Page Insights" analytics feature of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; "Facebook") on our Fanpage.
Meta Platforms Ireland and we are jointly responsible for data processing for the Page Insights analysis function. The basis for this is an agreement on the joint processing of personal data, which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum.
Meta Platforms Ireland thereby assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for the data processing and fulfills all obligations under the GDPR with respect to the processing of such data, including the information obligations under Articles 12 and 13 of the GDPR, the rights of data subjects under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and the security requirements of Articles 32 to 34 of the GDPR. In addition, Meta Platforms Ireland will provide the essence of the joint processing agreement to data subjects.
The Page Insights feature serves the purpose of advertising and market research to provide you with more relevant content and to develop new features of interest to you. Meta Platforms Ireland uses cookies for this purpose, which enable an analysis of your visits to the Fanpage. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the Fanpage is usually transferred to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. For the USA, there is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission. The data transfer takes place, among other things, on the basis of standard contractual clauses as appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data, viewable at: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_de.
The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from our overriding legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the targeted design of the Fanpage.
For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Rights of the data subject
You have the following rights according to Art. 15 to 20 DSGVO if the legal requirements are met: right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to data portability.
In addition, according to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO and to processing for the purpose of direct marketing.

Right of complaint to the supervisory authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.

You can lodge a complaint with, among others, the supervisory authority responsible for us, which you can reach at the following contact details:

State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
Königstrasse 10 a
70173 Stuttgart

Right of objection
If the personal data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to this processing with effect for the future at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
After the objection has been made, the processing of the data concerned will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims.

For a detailed presentation of further data processing and the respective objection options on Facebook, we refer to the information provided by the provider at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
The assertion of data subject rights and requests for information can most effectively be directed to Facebook, as only Facebook has access to your data and can take immediate action and provide information. Of course, we will support you in this process if necessary.
