Are your products vegan?
Animals are our number one passion, that is why our products are 100% vegan and crueltyfree! We are not only using vegan leather, but also adhesives, colour dyes, and accessories without animal ingredients. Our print products are also free from animal ingredients.
You are a designer brand – why don’t you use genuine leather?
We believe that animals are not worth less – they all have different personalities, share love, have families and desires. That’s why we think that people have no right to harm them in any way. BucherBags’ mission is to promote a new way of luxury which is not only an alternative but the modern, innovative approach to fashion. We do not need any animal derived ingredients to design beautiful clothes and accessories, whether it’s fur, wool, or leather. They are outdated materials which harm not only animals, but also people, and the environment.
Our vegan leather is a high-performance material from the automotive industry and enjoys the highest quality. It feels so luxurious, soft, and comfy that you will not miss any outdated traditional leather anymore.
Where do you manufacture your products?
We at BucherBags think that sustainability does not only entail using environmentally friendly and durable fabrics, but also lowering the transport links. Thus, we don’t produce in Asia like most other fashion brands. Our handbags are handmanufactured in Europe. Our Turkish manufacturers are OEKO-TEX 100 or GOTS certified; that means, for instance, that they don’t use harsh chemicals in their production processes.
Which materials do you use?
We have one goal, one passion, one true conviction: using the most innovative, luxurious materials for our handbags. That’s why we evaluated many different fabrics according to their design features and sustainability. Find more information on our material here.
How can I clean my new handbag?
Our vegan leather is a very innovative and highly durable material. You do not need any wax or sunprotection to keep it beautiful over a long time. It is easy to clean, for common stains just use a soft cloth and water.
Note: Always try cleaning method in a hidden area first to determine result, we are not responsible for any damages incurred while cleaning. So keep your baby safe!
What is it about your special dustbags?
We love a good packaging and dust bags are perfect to keep your bag safe. But at most times they just lie around once you unwrapped your bag. Because we love sustainability (and our cute little dust bags) we thought about how to give them a second life – and how to upcycle them in a sustainable manner. This is why our dust bags have handles and are designed as additional shopping bag you can use for grocery shopping or books you need for learning in the library.

When will my order ship?
Your BucherBag will usually ship within 2-3 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
My international tracking is not updating and I cannot wait to receive my bag!
Don’t get frustrated, babe! International orders usually take 10-15 business days to arrive, but can sometimes be delayed due to custom controls. It is often helpful to check your local post office’s online tracking, as it may has more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, you can directly contact your local post or customs office. If you have tried contacting your local post office and still did not get any information, contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help you out!
Will I be charged customs?
Please note: All international orders outside the EU are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. BucherBags is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Delivery time above is calculated based on contracts with our shipping partners and may be delayed due to custom office inspections.
BucherBags is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
We love that you are excited to receive your new bag! Once your order ships, you will receive an email and tracking number. We expect you to spy the journey of your new bestie 24/7 – just kidding ;)
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love our products just as much as we do! If you are not happy with our product, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving the order. All items must be in their originial and respective packaging. BucherBags is not responsible for any shipping and returning fees. We recommend sending your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the items minus any shipping expense.
My product came in damaged!
We are so sorry for the disappointment! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for that same item. Please hold on to all items until further instructed for a solution.

Will I be charged international banking fees?
The final total you see during checkout is in Euro (€). Once your bank pulls the funds, they will account for the current exchange rate. Depending on your bank, they may charge additional fees for foreign currency transactions. Please contact your bank for further information.
