What materials are used?
LENZING ECOVERO viscose — cellulose-based fabric.
How durable is Thea?
Every edge is rolled and stitched by hand, giving the scarf its soft, rounded border and a lasting finish. Follow the care instructions to keep its colours and fluid drape.
How do I care for Thea?
LENZING ECOVERO viscose: Hand wash cold (max. 30 °C) with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Do not wring or tumble dry; roll in a towel and dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat from the reverse side.
Can I return my order?
We offer 30-day free returns on all orders. Return shipping within the EU is free. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our atelier in Germany. Shipping within Germany is always free. To the EU, the UK and Switzerland, shipping is free from €150 (otherwise €20) and takes 2 to 3 business days. To the US, Canada and all other countries, standard shipping is €20 and takes 3 to 5 business days. For the US, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid, so there are no extra fees on delivery. Express shipping can be selected at checkout.

What makes Melina Bucher different?
We work without animal materials and - where possible - without Polyester, PU or PVC plastics. Our scarf is crafted from LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose, a wood-based fibre from certified and controlled sources – a quiet companion to the future-oriented materials of our bags. Recognised by the German Sustainability Award, the German Design Award, and PETA.
