Description

The Calla translates the elegant form of a calla into a precise, sculptural object. Defined by its flowing, funnel-like shape, the design captures the natural tension between softness and structure. The curved surface wraps into itself, creating a clean and continuous line with a quiet sense of movement.

Each piece is crafted from carefully selected leather off-cuts from our atelier. By reworking existing materials, the keychain reflects a considered approach to design and resource use.

Designed as a versatile accessory, it can be attached to a bag, used as key chain or worn as a small decorative object. A lightweight piece that adds a quiet, tactile detail.

Handmade in our German atelier, the Calla combines craftsmanship, material awareness and a refined, playful expression.

How durable is Calla?

Our items are designed to last for years. Every material undergoes rigorous abrasion, flexing, and UV-resistance testing that meets or exceeds standards applied to traditional leather goods. Every piece is handcrafted with reinforced seams, edge finishing, and quality hardware.

How do I care for Calla?

INNOVERA™: Brush gently with a soft, dry cloth or suede brush. Avoid water and wet cleaning. Store in the included dust bag.

Can I return my order?

We offer 30-day free returns on all orders. Return shipping within the EU is free. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our atelier in Germany. Shipping within Germany is always free. To the EU, the UK and Switzerland, shipping is free from €150 (otherwise €20) and takes 2 to 3 business days. To the US, Canada and all other countries, standard shipping is €20 and takes 3 to 5 business days. For the US, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid, so there are no extra fees on delivery. Express shipping can be selected at checkout.

What makes Melina Bucher different?

Most vegan leather on the market is PU- or PVC-based plastic. We refuse both. Our materials are bio-based to the greatest extent possible, some even 100 % plastic-free. Recognised by the German Sustainability Award, the German Design Award, and PETA.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Our packaging is 100 % plastic-free and vegan. Each bag ships in a reusable dust bag made from organic cotton, inside a recycled and recyclable box.
